Peer pressure and media images that say drugs are cool makes people to start using drugs. After the start of drug use, they become physically addicted that they continue their drug use. Right? Although societal messages and the addictive factors of drugs no doubt play roles in people’s behavior for utilizing drugs, there are clearly numerous more factors involved. The genetic contributors to drug addiction behavior and its risk has been the focused of the recent research on drug addiction.

This situation starts innocently enough, just a few cocktails, a couple of tablets or a needle so the pattern starts. In the beginning alcohol and drugs can provide an otherwise timid man or woman a gift of acceptance, usually taking them to the life of the party status. People who have abused drugs and alcohol may suffer from a feeling of loss after they do not have it, a lot like another person encountering starvation. Once the mind has received an ample amount of the substance after some time it isn’t a long time before a person has whole dependency on it.
